Please fill out the reservation request form below. A confirmation of these details will be sent to your nominated email address immediately. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly - this enables us to contact you promptly, and you to receive your confirmation details.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Credit card payment must be used to secure your reservation
One (1) night contracted room rate + 21% tax and service charge will be charged to your credit card as a reservation deposit and confirmation of your booking.

Balance of payment is payable in full to Horizontal in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), prior to departure.

Cancellations & No Shows: 
We understand that travel plans change, however, to minimise inconvenience to other guests and avoid losses due to cancellations and no shows, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to arrival will incur a one (1) night cancellation charge.

Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, or voluntary No Show, will be charged for two (2) nights as per booking.
